MLB／雷神發威 皇家隊投降

大都會隊先發投手「雷神」Noah Syndergaard度過前2局的難關，投6局失3分的優質先發內容，幫助大都會9比3擊敗皇家，在世界大賽2連敗之後，終於在第3戰拿回1勝。
大都會隊前2戰Matt Harvey、Jacob deGrom兩人在客場先發，都沒幫助球隊贏球，帶著0勝2敗的戰績回到紐約主場，能否在地主球迷面前扳回一勝，重責大任落在雷神Noah Syndergaard的肩上。
23歲的Noah Syndergaard，還是名菜鳥投手，今年5月12日才在大聯盟初登板投球，而且仓以精采表現在大聯盟站穩腳步，在大聯盟出賽24場，戰績9勝7敗、防禦率3.24，成為大都會隊主力先發投手。
今天雷神在世界大賽第3戰先發，承受著不能輸的壓力，前2局表現不穩，皇家隊打者很老練，1局上就發動攻勢，Ben Zobrist、Lorenzo Cain連敲安打，Eric Hosmer的內野滾地球，送回1分，2局上Salvador Perez、Alex Gordon、Alex Rios連敲安打，先扳成2比2平手，接著再靠捕手漏接， Gordon跑回超前的第3分。
大都會打擊群很捧場，David Wright先在1局下轟2分彈，3局下雷神先敲雨打，Curtis Granderson再轟2分砲，讓雷神很快地穩定下來。3局開始，完全壓制了皇家隊的攻勢。
雷神用104球先發6局，被擊出7支安打失3分，三振6次、保送2次，用優質先發的內容，幫助大都會隊拿下了這一場重要的勝利。
